1.The contract between us
For a contract between us and you, we must receive full payment. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Payment is made via PayPal and you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal to confirm payment.
2. Making a purchase.
2.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling. (Inclusive of UK VAT)
2.2 Browse our website catalogue and click any item/kits you wish to buy and they will be put into your shopping basket. After you finish your selection, click "checkout" and you will be asked a few details before you pay.
2.3 When we receive your order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt.
2.4 Your payment will be made through PayPal, this accepts all major credit cards.
2.5 Your card will be charged straight away, as the money goes through PayPal, your order will be processed as soon as the payment is made.
3. Shipping and Handling.
3.1 Postage and packaging charges apply to all items purchased using the electronic shopping basket facilities. Click here to view current Postage & Packaging rates, and are based on the order value.
3.2 Deliveries will be made to the given delivery address. If you wish us to deliver your order to another address we must be emailed prior to the processing of the order. Email us at info@finstallfabrics.com
3.3 We aim to ship all orders within seven working days but delivery could take longer.
3.3.1 Outside of the UK; EC and Channel Islands.
Rest of the world: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.
3.4. For orders shipped overseas, you are responsible for any customs duties or other charges relating to importing the items into your country.
3.5 Finstall Fabrics reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm the amended rate is acceptable.

3.6 If you give us an incorrect delivery address and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additonal postage to cover the resending of your parcel to the correct address.
3.7 Back Orders
We will contact you if any item you have ordered is not in stock and is placed on back order. Please contact us by email if you wish to cancel you back order if your would prefer not to wait.
4. Credit Card Security
Finstall Fabrics does not hold any credit card information as all payments are made through PayPal. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all other kinds of advanced techniques to improve security.
5. Tax Charges
At checkout, all our prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT. If you are ordering from outside the European Union or from any of the following countries, VAT will not be charged: Jersey, Guernsey, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar and Canary Islands.
6. Returns
6.1 If you are unhappy with your order you can return the item to us within seven days from the date the item is delivered. It must be in its original condition and returned to our address, shown below. Please email us, before returning the item, so you can be given a returns number. Please take into account that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
6.2 Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please email us within one day if this occurs to you. We will give you a returns number and discuss arrangements to rectify the problems. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item(s) to us. We will check all items returned and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right not to refund you for the item(s) and recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.

7. Deleting an item from your shopping basket.
To remove an item, click on your shopping basket to display your shopping list. Once you are in your shopping basket, next to the item you want to delete click on the 'remove' button.
8.Reviews, comments and communications.
Users may post on the website as long as the content is not illegal, abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, and invasive of privacy. Any such post will be removed from the website.
